Can't look past Team 4. Quality batting lineup, and one of the best attacks of them all.

Love the bowling in Team 2, but it's got a tail like a rat &, Pollock aside, the batting not quite strong enough to balance it out. Waqar @ #8? Yeesh.

Teams 4 & 8 have solid looks about them. Liking the pace in 8, but O'Reilly in 4 gives it that better balance IMHO. Team 4 for mine then.

    - As featured in The Independent.

"The committee discussed the issue of illegal bowling actions, and believed that there are a number of bowlers currently employing suspect actions in international cricket, and that the ICC's reporting and testing procedures are not adequately scrutinising these bowlers."
    - Even the ICC's own official press release thinks things must change

team 4, actually, by quite a margin. except for f.engineer's position as a wk every other department - pace bowling, spin bowling, opening, middle order batting, late order all rounder's role - is handled by top notch specialists. engineer was not too bad as a wk though and was a pretty handy bat. so he doesnt weaken the team too much. the bowling attack is the best among the ten teams. middle order is as good as you will get anywhere. opening has the right mix of caution and aggression. cant look past this team.

Think team 2's four main bowlers are at least a match for 4's, but 4 having Greig as a 5th bowler (with 2 having either Smith's offies or Lloyd's medium pacers) gives it the edge, yes.

I voted team 3. It has Donald, Mcgrath, Botham, Laker and Andy Flower in it. Mainly opted for team 3 because of the bowling combo of Donald and McGrath.
