Yeah, meant to say "bowl pace" in sunnies.
Decent clip sometimes too. Up until he did his back, was regularly stopping the gun past 135Km/h. Opened the batting and bowling for Prospect, won a final off his own back from memory.

Wow Thornely dropped from all 3 sides, I like it but didn't think our selectors would go down that path.

Saw Mark Waugh do it a few times before he switched to spin. That's IIRC, could be false memories...
I have a couple of VCR's from the early 90's of Mark Waugh bowling seam up with sunglasses on.

Damien Martyn was another to pop the specks on occasionally, I remember Maryn doing it alot playing for WA.

So great to see one of the part timers get a wicket!

Over 58.5: Doran to Bailey, no run, OUT, attempts to flick the ball through the legside and has popped the ball straight up in the air for an easy catch for Hartley. A disappointed Bailey walks back to the dressing room with Tasmania at 4/130

Wes Robinson batting supurb. Vital that one of Robinson, Towers or Stoinis plays an innings like this each game. The Western Australian lineup relies far too much on North. A couple of solid in-form batsman will improve this side considerably, as the bowling lineup is pretty solid.

Another wicket for the part timers, with Rohrer pickup up Robinson.

Over 65.1: Smith to Robinson, no run, OUT, terrible shot from Robinson, lap sweep gone all wrong, spun around the legs and bowled on leg stump

Looks like the curse of Cricket.com.au.

NSW International spinner = 7 overs
Two NSW batsman = 25 overs

Going to be another one of those seasons for Casson

Forget Casson, its Smith time! Starc gets his man in the end, should have had Bandy earlier but Hughes dropped him.

Ronchi finishes the day with 68 out of 79 runs scored in 4's. Nice to see him scoring some runs again.
