Cricketer Of The Year
OOH Toughie but here goes

Kennedy Otieno
Ravi Shah
Jagdavi Jesani
Charles Obuya
Ramesh Mepani
+Abeed Janmohammed
Malhar Patel
Ken Migai
Rageb Aga (Ironically they would probably have to fly him over from Sussex)
Moses Otieno
Josephat Ababu

Both Shah and Otieno will probably have to be recalled, Malhar Patel might actually get a game

If something like this happened, I reckon you could manage to convince a few players to come out of retirement. Lehmann to captain Australia IMO.

I reckon it's sick. Couldn't you just say if they went on strike..
Not that surprising for B****ch TBH.

Anyway... for the Test side... presuming Flintoff was involved in the current tour and Swann wasn't... something like...

Andrew Strauss
Robert Key
Mark Butcher
Edward Smith
Mark Ramprakash
Anthony McGrath
James Foster
Kabir Ali
Jonathan Lewis
Andrew Caddick
Christopher Tremlett

:wallbash:

Mind, Tremlett should be in the current squad ahead of Broad TBH. Very should be.

In listing whoever we are listing in these threads are we implying that the only way these guys would make their national teams is if the current squads died in an air crash?

Assuming the dead people are:

Daniel Vettori
Shane Bond
Kyle Mills
Jeetan Patel
Lou Vincent
Brendan McCullum
Ross Taylor
Peter Fulton
Scott Styris
Jacob Oram
James Franklin
Mark Gillespie
Michael Mason
Chris Martin
James Marshall (Only a matter of time before he's picked yet again:@ )

Jamie How
Jesse Ryder
Mathew Sinclair
Stephen Fleming (c)
Neil Broom
Bevan Griggs (w)
Grant Elliot
Andre Adams
Nathan McCullum
Bradley Scott
Warren McSkimming

Rob Nicol
Aaron Redmond
Brandon Hini
Bruce Martin

Couldn't think of a number 11 seam bowler that would storm into the side at this point in time so just randomly went with McSkimming. The batting is fine with the likes of Fleming and Sinclair though obviously very much a second/third XI but in the circumstances...Anyway its the bowling that will be the issue with only Andre Adams banging the door down for the side lately though Scott had a very good season last year IIRC but thats about it. At least we have Broom and Ryder to throw the ball to if someone is geting annihalated.

EDIT: Forgot my test squad.

Dead people:

Michael Papps
Craig Cumming
Stephen Fleming
Sott Styris
Ross Taylor
Jacob Oram
Brendan McCullum
Daniel Vettori
James Franklin
Shane Bond
Chris Martin
Iain O'Brien
Lou Vincent
Michael Mason
Mark Gillespie

Team:

Jamie How (c)
errrr Ingram...? Jones?
Sinclair
Ryder
Broom
Griggs (w)
Elliot
Adams
Mills
Scott
Patel
