Ireland are on the up, after the win in the inter-continental cup and what they did in the world cup. I would say Ireland are going to be the new test nation. Although Kenya are the best of the non test teams Ireland are the ones who are improving most of the time. So it is between Ireland and Kenya.

If Tikolo was World Class then it adds a hell of a lot of other players into that category.
