What is your teams hopes for the current season?

Just to survive without too many dramas.

How do you rate your teams chances in the up coming VB cup game?

Against QLD it will be difficult but after our first-up win...anything can happen!!

Which players in your side do you see as the keys to future success for ND?

Jonty Rhodes, Shahid Afridi and Stephen Fleming are three players who bring a lot of strength to our batting. Micheal Vaughn also gives us another option at the top of the order. For the bowlers, Dan Vettori, Paul Rofe and Graham Aldridge are all important with M Nitni, Nathan Bracken and Grahame Rummans providing strong back-up.

Come the end of the season, what type of players will you be after in the draft to strengthen your side?

A couple of allrounders would be good and a couple of middle to late- order batsmen as well. On the whole however, I am very happy with the make up of the team.

What do you see as your sides biggest weakness?

Not enough players going on with with after making starts and our batting order in both forms of the game needs work. Occasionaly our bowlers have been a little wayward and this will need to tighten up as well.

Which teams in your divisions do you think have the best chance of promotion and relegation?

To be honest, I'm not that sure as I am only worried about the next game for ND and the make up of the teams!

What were your thoughts when you found out you were no longer going to be on the WCC board?

I was slightly surprised as I hadn't been around as much as I would have like due to illness in the family and my umpring comittments but I wish the Board all the best for the future and hold no hard feelings against those who have replaced me.

If you had the chance to manage another side in WCC, which one would it be?

Being from NSW I would say the Blues, closely followed by QLD and maybe Victoria , Kent or Free State if I was pushed!:P

If you could change 1 thing about WCC, what would it be?

Having a mid-season draft so that players who are not performing may be dropped and teams may be strengthened for the second half of the season.
