GROUP D - India, Pakistan, Scotland

Sudeep

International Captain
If Pakistan win this, are India gone from the tournament on NRR or...?
India goes through. Only a terrible loss would result in an exit (Scotland's NRR is -2.55 or something). India's NRR isn't falling that low from this match.

"What a match it has been. Pakistan clawed back in the last three overs and the match will now be decided by a bowl out."

Accuracy and Indian bowlers. That's not going to go over well. In any case, why wouldn't the bowlers just stand still and bowl at 20mph to make sure they hit the stumps?

tremendous finish, i wish it would end here, a tie - very symbolic one for the rivalry.
who said 20/20 is boring?
too bad we couldn't bring this on-screen here (my old project). quite a good show in the name of cricket.

as for the tiebreaker, the harsher the better - one over each, sudden death.
sort of NCAA football overtime.

At least they don't ask fielders to score direct hits.
