Yea they are close but in output. They will give you similar number of runs for sure. But in terms of level of actual skill, technique, class, shot making.... overall batsmanship, its not so close.

It's like Messi and Ronaldo - hypothetically they may have same number of goals, same stats/output, but one is certainly more skilful (& majestic).
All of which counts for zip if the output is the same.

@Burgey @Coronis either of you can tell us who the top five batsmen ever in the mind of Australian journalists, pundits and hardcore cricket enthusiasts would be, one is obviously Bradman, who are the other four?
