Yea they are close but in output. They will give you similar number of runs for sure. But in terms of level of actual skill, technique, class, shot making.... overall batsmanship, its not so close.

It's like Messi and Ronaldo - hypothetically they may have same number of goals, same stats/output, but one is certainly more skilful (& majestic).

I dont think its blasphemy. I have them in the same tier below Bradman. But Sachin clearly ahead, that is all.
