Not that big a difference in overall quality but clearly one option better for building a team.

Hadlee Kallis you get a top order great bat, fifth bowler, top no.8 and a great pacer.

NZ had the third best winning percentage in the 1980s. Imagine how much better they could have been with a player like Kallis in the side.

It depends on what level of quality of side they are being added on to. I know from the experience of the 2Ws for Pakistan that crap batting can still lose you games despite two great bowlers.

Yeah it of course will, but same goes for Hadlee and Kallis too. You can build a great side with McWarne too is what I meant. Your spinner and pace spearhead sorted is a great start.

I'm starting to think that Hadlee might be a better bowler than Warne. Almost all the reasons I rate Warne above all the quicks don't apply to Hadlee.
