Using a joypad?

Does anyone know the controls for joypad on the new game?

Manual doesn't include them, but when you go to controller select, it seems to give the option to use it.

It seems to vary from pad to pad bizarrely. Codies customer support have said that, despite this being the first game to make use of analog gamepads, gamepads aren't meant to be used with the game!
Mine maps as follows but I don't know how helpful you'll find this:
1. Attacking stroke/normal delivery/catch/cancel run
2. Lofted stroke/inswinger
3. Defensive stroke/outswinger/run
4. Slower ball
5. Yorker/Change field
6. Bouncer/Advance/Change field
7. Move left/drift left/sweep
8. Move right/drift right/lotted sweep
Select brings up the escape menu and the analog pad is the 360 wheel.

I've got the double the minimum spec and mine still struggles. You'll probably need to adjust your graphics card for performance over graphics too.

Well the memory arrived and it was all fine, but I can't work out what to use for the 2 sweep shots, or how to dance down the wicket!

I read on another forum that the dance down the wicket button is not mapped in some controllers

thank u..i 've big prblem with the fielding only.rest are ok.

I think it depends what controller u will be using i have got a standard logitech dual analog stick.
for me it turns out that advancing is L1 and sweep is L2 and slog sweep is R2.
