That reminds me of an incident I read about where the bowler was no-balled a few times in a row, so by the end he was bowling from well behind the crease and with a dead straight arm throughout... so he asked the umpire "Sorry, how was that a no-ball?", and the umpire said "You're only supposed to bowl 6 balls in an over".
