A few weeks ago Afghanistan signed a 5-year deal with the UAE cricket board/association etc. to play tests there and use their facilities. There will also be T20is played each year between the UAE and Afghanistan.

Dunno exactly… Starc/Lyon are at 580, Kallis has 547 and 538 with Pollock and Ntini respectively.
