Ok. Yeah, I have decided for tipping purposes that even when teams do not submit, the result of the match will count for the tip, because that is what the tippers' are tipping on and not whether the manager will tip or not. However, I have decided if a manager does not submit their team, and they have registered tips for the tipping comp they will receive a score of zero for the same round of tipping.
