FC Milestones From This Season

Hancock - 1000 career runs
Towns - 1000 runs for CW Colts
Maltus-Howell - 1000 career runs
Jasotharan - 2000 career runs
Nayak - 1000 career runs
Hancock - 50 career wickets
Comley - 50 career wickets
Thomas - 100 career wickets
Wright - 50 wickets for CW Colts
McKern - 50 career wickets

Burpey also passed 500 career runs, and funnily enough Jasotharan ended up with exactly the same number of runs as Mamesh last year, to draw equal for the greatest number of runs in a season. Thomas established a CW Colts record haul of 84 wickets for the season. He is also one wicket away (by my count) from 150 wickets, while Hancock is 1 wicket away from 100 wickets. Wright is 4 wickets away from 100 for the Colts.

Nope, Gary got 878 runs last season, and followed it up with 722. Mamesh and Jasotharan were the only two players to get 1000 runs for us last year.

And I make that 2 1000's for the Colts, the highest run scorer for my Team, I feel so honoured to play for the Colts! Let's do better next season, and make it last to the end!

According to the Captain: A well Earned rest
According to the replaced: A disgrace to the club to pick a first gamer
According to the replacement: A Big "Up yours" to the replaced

Exactly, we should try to close out the season with a win. And having not play FC for a while, there's no need for a rest.

With all due respect to McKern who was our top OD bowler last season, this season has not been to the same standard, and other bowlers at the moment deserve their places as we try to discover some kind of winning team for the Colts. I'm more than happy to spend a few more than the usual hours with him in the nets, though. Even Wright has been missing out on recent matches - we all have to put our heads down and just try to improve rather than demanding a return to the side.

Bowman did well enough in the last game and obviously won't be taken out of the attack. However, I hope that Bowman - as well as McKern - will only be supportive of his fellow bowlers, as I for one enjoy the good natured reputation of the CW Colts, a team full of positive sportsmanship where team goes before individual at all times. :)

Let's concentrate on winning our last match, as it most certainly won't be easy.

Look at Hancock *everyone glances over at Hancock, who isn't wearing any pants* Look at Geg Thomas *everyone then glances over at Thomas, who is seated, but facing the wrong way* Look at Stephen Burpe *few people dare to look, and there are murmured protests*.
HA!

Jaso, has that always been your sig or did you just change it? By the way, it only just makes sense.
