I think it is unlikely Herbie Taylor, Dudley Nourse and Mike Procter will ever be inducted from SA. Just get the feeling from a political context which is sad.

No disrespect but Vettori seems a very underwhelming inductee, no?

I wouldn't say so. He's the torchbearer of spin bowling in the NZ, probably the worst place for spin bowling in the world. A good AR I'd say in tests, maybe even better in ODIs.
Having said that, we have much better players missing out so far, but maybe a couple worse ones included too so...

You will get some good spells everywhere tbh

I may be wrong but didn't he start his test career really slowly because of his age & craft?

I remember when we toured there in 1998 and absolutely smashed him everywhere

His career progression was quite stark from beginning to end.

Mostly for Bat I believe. I think he was better bowler when he was younger.
