We seem to be getting an awful lot of it just lately, or is it just me? I dunno what can be done to stop it, mind. Short of vigilant mods with padlocks, obv.

Yeah, you're definitely right about that. Not really sure what can be done about it though. Although I notice that some spammers don't get banned, despite making one or two threads advertising their cheap mobile phones or whatever.

You guys haven't seen about 6 of them either because I've deleted them within a couple of minutes.

Needless to say, they linked into some serious dodgy stuff.

I don't see the point in banning them because they post one thread and then just use a new account with a new IP Address.

Thankfully as PY said, we're keeping on top of it fairly well.
