Baartman's injury who is also quite injury prone like the guys above might have made the selection easier.

I do like the idea of the package he brings but with Ngidi & Shamsi in the squad capable of very bad days with the ball it puts a lot of pressure on Rabada (still trying to perfect white-ball), Jansen (still has 1 too many bad days as still developing to his peak) & Maharaj.

I expect with all the Titans players away he may start the first game for them in the one-day comp starting this weekend.

King was hitting 135-140 on the regular in the one game he played for DSG which is promising..

Nortje is coming towards the end of his career hence he's behind Coetzee for me, Gerald has a high ceiling ..Jansen , Coetzee and Maphaka are the future of our bowling with Luus and hopefully another talented player of color prospect coming through soon

Nortje is not 32 till December, a good 3 years left providing he doesnt keep getting injured, Rabada is 30. providing they do not bowl him in to the ground he has another 4 or 5 years, Jansen only 25, should be around for years. i agree Coetzee, Maphaka and Luus are the future, but not top 3 yet, just my opinion,
