Sobers/Miller vs Kallis/Imran

Might be a wash I'd say. I don't really rate either Kallis or Sobers as bowlers, so the second one gets significantly better frontline bowling resources.

Sobers obviously the best batsman by far, and all-around fielder (and yes probably a better catcher than Kallis) although with Imran you get an ATG captain.

The variety offered by Sobers makes me lean towards that pair. Also you get 2 top 6 batters who can also provide just as much bowling as 2 front line bowlers.

Imran just about falls short of a top 6 bat and Kallis falls short on bowling output. Doesn't really make a huge difference, but I just see more value in the Sobers/Miller pair.

The thing about Miller is that he's the worst on primary skills, but the best on secondary.

One of these comps have the clearly better batsman, the other the clearly better bowler.

Kallis is closer to Sobers as a batsman than Miller is to Imran as a bowler though.
