Select anyone who's batting or bowling average matches with a decade that they played in. So if you had a career from 1969-1980, you could select anyone averaging in the 60s, 70s or 80s with bat or ball. Just in case some people have different opinoins on when the new decade starts, the 60s is 1 Jan 1960 to 31 Dec 1969.
