Northern Hemisphere beats Southern Hemisphere without Bradman? Closer than some of the other matchups imo. Put in Hutton and Richards to keep you guys happy :)

South has slightly better bowling and Gilly vs Knott but North has a bigger gap in batting skill imo.

I personally wouldn't mind sacrificing Ambrose for Akram in the northern team.

Of course the Windies AT XI would be competitive against a SENA AT XI, even with Bradman.

they are certainly not the favourites but it’s entirely plausible any team with Greenidge, Richards, Headley, Sobers, Lara, Marshall, Ambrose, Holding etc can win a match or series against anyfantasy team alive

You could reduce the time to how short a frame you want and we’d still win. Stop being salty that we’re awesome.
Actually, the time factor comment of his makes absolutely no sense. Australia has awesome players from every era.

I always thought it was kind of crazy how competitive we were even in the early days, what with the amount of County matches vs our matches.

In the 19th century in Eng/Aus tests:

26 won by England, 20 won by Australia, 10 draws.

However if time factor is taken in to account, the second XIs would be much more poorer and will have hard time beating any other country XI, as claimed.
