Why? Many seem to have that opinionAnderson over Rabada is wild. It’s not remotely close
and many are wrong. Very wrong. KG ahead of Pollock and not miles from Donald today. Why? Many seem to have that opinion
Nah, KG is amped by having the most pacer friendly pitches ever at home, play him and Donald a hundred games together and they won't be much close.and many are wrong. Very wrong. KG ahead of Pollock and not miles from Donald today.
no, Rabada has been as good as Donald in England (against much better teams) and better in Aus. His only weakness is the subcontinent and Donald beat up some weak ass Indian teams. Donald tended to go missing when it matters. And Anderson is a huge gap in class.Nah, KG is amped by having the most pacer friendly pitches ever at home, play him and Donald a hundred games together and they won't be much close.
Rabada had one good series in Australia but he was so bad in his second series he probably deserved to average north of 50 but got some useless wickets to get it down. Rabada averages 26 against England in England, not close to Donald and Donald beat the lineup of Dravid, Tendulkar, Azhar and Laxman in India.no, Rabada has been as good as Donald in England (against much better teams) and better in Aus. Not sure England's batting lineups in 2017 & 2022 were necessarily much better v pace than 1994 & 1998. I'd certainly say Donald bowled to better batting lineups in Australia and Rabada was disappointing on his second tour there.no, Rabada has been as good as Donald in England (against much better teams) and better in Aus. Australia more important for an English player than Asia is for a SafferRabada had one good series in Australia but he was so bad in his second series he probably deserved to average north of 50 but got some useless wickets to get it down. Anderson vs Rabada much more debateable, Anderson far superior in Asia while Rabada is better in Australia.
Anderson was one of the key components in winning a series in Australia on some really flat pitches since 1986 so not really sure he hasn't checked that keyAustralia more important for an English player than Asia is for a Saffer
he averages 34 with a single fifer in a Shetland of tests.Anderson was one of the key components in winning a series in Australia on some really flat pitches since 1986 so not really sure he hasn't checked that key
When talking about the significance of Ashes tests, what matters is winning and losing and Anderson leading the attack in 2010-11 meant a lot more than if he averaged 30 and never was a part of that tour.he averages 34 with a single fifer in a Shetland of tests.
Lower than Anderson or Rabada?Didn't realize Roberts is rated lower now.
Both, Anderson specially. I thought he was rated higher than Anderson at least.Lower than Anderson or Rabada?
Its a more recent thing, but has become the majority opinion recently. Both, Anderson specially. I thought he was rated higher than Anderson at least.
