The Tiger King
loved reading this piece on Kardar, Fred. The guy was instrumental in getting Pakistan off to a strong footing in its early years. Was somewhat of a hero the earlier generations (him, Fazal, Hanif). The newer generations don't seem to know much about him.

Great story, with interesting nuggets of info. The links to Younis Ahmed also provide a good read. Never a dull moment with Pak cricket ( well, perhaps now there is a bit of a lull )
