I think Australia will real struggle in next cycle of WTC 2021-2023
'cause Away series they have to play 3 asian country India, pakistan & Sri lanka

Bangladesh utterly screwed over here. Forced to play at home against the 3 other subcon sides, then forced to play away to SENA countries.

Disappointed not to see Afghanistan, Zim and Ireland there. Maybe schedule those three to play each other home and away for a 3-team WTC Division 2?

Afghanistan
Zimbabwe
Ireland

ICC gave them test status but they not Qualify for WTC koz not play enough Test cricket.

I think Zimbabwe now starts playing test cricket with others but i wish ICC removes Bangla desh from Test status as they denied or cancelled test series more than postponed.

WTC they still 0 point in 2019-21 cycle. BCB gave permission to their player to play IPL than play for their Nation, really shamful.

Yes but last cycle why eng played 18 test matches (total)

While pakistan only 13 test
Matches (total)

ICC should not change
Rules middle of Cycle
Regarding winning % count than actual points.

I think ICC have Soft Corner for Australia.

Don't know about England tour but India should win comfortably in SA this time around. Set the record straight over there.

Ireland won't be playing Tests at home unless it's commercially viable. It was going to cost them too much money to play Bangladesh in a home test.

A pity really, but hopefully things change. A home test or odi series against India, Australia etc. before they tour England would be good for Irish cricket.

NZ is playing a test in Ireland before their 3 test series in England next year

Australia has no chance with that away cycle.

Still a draw a Brisbane (which would have put us in the final) was as good as a loss according to our galaxy-brained cricket culture.

Whatever it takes!!!
There are no easy wins in test cricket but looking at the schedule, India and England seem to be most balanced with one very tough, one tough and one less tough series each in both the home and away schedules. Others seem more lopsided. Lot depends on whether Pak can play in Pak but I would say it would be disappointing if I were a Pak fan and they do not make it to the finals with that schedule. But if they are playing in the UAE, it may become that much more tough.
