After consultign with the rest of the board and seeing that gravesen was only 3.75m I think Vieira is only worth 5m.

However, we will be able to throw Solari in the deal. If you want Guti you will have to offer us a decent player in return.

the arsenal board are divided on the course of action to be taken with this offer from real madrid regarding vieira, please allow for a few moments for the board and myself to mull over this matter, we will get back to you soon.

arsenal have decided that they would be very reluctant and sad to see vieira leave but if the right offer comes along then they would grudgingly accept it, however we have deemed that the offer submitted by real madrid is not matching of arsenals valuation of the player, however we will let you know now that we would settle for a fee of $5.5 million plus a player of decent quality in exchange.

The reason that the valuation of our player is so high is due to the fact that we deem him irreplaceable essentially and so only a super bid would ever lead to us selling him.
