Touring squad for England, by the way this is my third tour in a row, what's going on?

The schedule was arranged to favour the perceived weaker teams and thus India played the first couple of series at home. Each team plays 14 series, 7 at home and 7 away and India has played all 7 home series already. It's all away fixtures now.

I hadn't realized until a day ago. That said, the pitch conditions will likely be kept for Season 2.
