The latest news I've seen was a hammy during an A game last Nov v India. I haven't heard of any subsequent set backs. So, if the hammy is the only problem he should be good to go. It is a little frustrating that it's hard to find info on him as he's an important player for squad depth.
No guarantee Neser comes back and is any good at his age though

I think Doggett had an injury that sent him home from the West Indies. I assume he'll be fine for the summer, same as Neser. Bartlett is an option as well, he's meant to be playing for Aus A in India. And if Jhye somehow manages to return to full fitness (feels unlikely) he'll leapfrog most of them.

If they were to rest Cummins from any of the tests, Adelaide would probably be the best choice but I can't see that happening while the series is still live.

Open with Head to Bazball it and give England a fright (could be the batting version of Mitch Johnson) and would allow Green at 5. Would at least give some impetus to the Aussie innings

Marnus as back up in squad
If Cam Green is going to play, he should definitely be an opener, imo. He's the perfect type of "allrounder" who I believe will be taking opening spots going forward.

I just realised if Mitch Marsh makes some runs in the early Shield rounds they could pick him, again

He's just come back from a major injury and will start bowling again soon, hopefully. We dumped him in at No.3 and now people want him to open. Let him settle into a spot he hasn't quite nailed down yet rather than create potentially 2 problems by moving him from 3 to opener.
