I am back from my holiday and i am ready to take over that role given the opportunity, so anything is fine..

Anyway its sad to see that we are going backwards..

That is yet another solid performance . Eventually we'll break through.
Tharmi out suspended for 2 matches for collecting another 5 yellows. That's fairly harsh but hopefully our defenders can improve their performance to cover for this.

After a team meeting its been decided that Manju Reddlapalli (alternative) has been announced as our Player Activity Rep. I'll try and catch you online later today to have a chat to you about your responsibilities. If i can't try and get a hold of Blewy or Clapo (the only other confirmed player activity rep i think) and get an update on what is happening interms of player activity/inactivity.

Alright guys with the trade starting we will be looking for strikers and midfielders to join the club. With Andy likely loss we will have a big hole to fill in the midfield, but it will give the some like Justin a bit more game time. But we really a top striker to try and score more regular. Thamba and Dave have been going an ok job, but as i know they both now you need 30 plus strikers to score regularly, so i'll be on the look out for them.

Im not really sure how trading works, but if you have to swap one player for another i'll be reluctant to off load one of you guys. As you guys have been really supportive considering our form. I rather build a good team spirt, then a superstar team.

I thought we i explained this to you yesterday. Its to do with how well you play in a game. If you play 90 minutes you got more chances of getting key passes, but if you have a low skill level, you could go 90 minutes without a key pass. Age ATM isn't making a major factor, just how good you are on the field.

Quite happy to hear that, we are in here as a team and lets work hard and get the goal that we really deserve. We have been putting our full efforts on the field but its not showing on the scoreboard, so i guess guys we need to improve that by getting more quality players into the team. Yes it would be a sad thing to lose a player with Clutey's abilities but i am sure we have another leader amongst ourselves.

They are kept, and will be penalised if return...

Thoughts on side to play Central

Im thinking about playing this side:

GK Blake_Donald (VC)
DF Xavier_Rose
DF U_Achushtos (25 TK)
DF Travis_Demeza
DM Paddy_Gundry
MF Justin_Rodgie
MF Ezequiel
AM F_Ackandebt (24 PS)
AM M_Reddlapalli
FW David_Comley (C)
FW Thamba_Mamesh

They got Ritchie and few defenders out so i want to attack and get some revenge for our 5 - 0 loss to them when Blake was out. So im think about playing only three defenders, but Smith and Currie are still a threat up from. But right now we need 3 points and play defensively with back four might not get us those points. This could be a big chance for us to get some points so i want to go all out, considering playing three strikers actually and playing one less midfielder.

Also it should be noted that Dave will take the captaincy for this game, as im out. Blake will play as vice captain, just reward for his commitment this season. We probably going to add one extra person to management at the end of the season, with Andy inactivity, but im still hopefully he'll be back.

So i completely agree with your move Tharmi, it quite possibly is our best chance.
