I can't predict centuries today, but thakur seems the most likely to score one today - of course with the ball.
Looks like the team management isn't willing to punish him but Afghan batters will most likely punish him.
Coach and Captain is punishing spectators by picking useless Thakur!

Half the time you don't need your no.8 to bat and the other half, guy like Thakur barely scores any runs barring the odd innings. So he is only there to contribute with bat ONCE in about 8 ODIs..

why is there a need for a 4th pacer?
India don't need more than 30 overs of pace!!
If the 3 spinners are going well then they can bowl 28-30 overs instead , or else they can share 20 odd overs amongst themselves and Bumrah Siraj and Pandya can bowl the bulk of the overs! It's not like India needs more than 30 overs from their pacers. Thakur is absolutely a waste of space. I'd rather play a 6th batter than no-rounder Thakur
