That's just what I kept falling back on-those records stand for a reason.
Yeah I always said that Smith and Head had to do the vast majority of the work for Australia to feel in any way secure. A lower order collapse, especially with the ball darting around and turning, was always a high probability.

What a way to finish. Couldn't have scripted it any better. What a man Stuart Broad is. Gonna miss watching him play for England. Have watched his career from the very start, and what a career it's been. Legend.

Congrats England on drawing the series! Broad's last shot as a batsman in test cricket was a 6 and his last ball was a wicket that gave his team a solid series draw. Fairy tale ending indeed for him!
