Yes you can think that. But the BD selectors had openly admitted that replacing the big 5 has been a major issue for them for years, which is now finally getting resolved.

Yes in ODIs but not in tests. Fizz is yet to even get a permanent place in the test team. Also, like HB said, nowhere near Mortaza as a batsman.
