I was so unconfident of not being called into the team to tour N.Z. I went fishing with Matthew Hayden and Andrew Symonds at Stradbroke Island and didn't hear the news until I got home just after midnight this morning.

I am stunned at getting the call up, and whether I will make my test and ODI debut on this tour or whether I am a development player I will do my best to make the tour a success.

I am a very competent keeper to leg-spin, I might add. Only yesterday, Ward, Smith, Troughton and Bell all got nicks through to me off leg-spin...

my bowling is coming along very nicely as well *hint*bowl me blewy*hint* :P

But hopefully another fruitful series as far as runs are concerned. And hopefully we can come away with some wins.
