*Official* Australia Tour of West Indies 2025

The lead is now 100. Australia look solid right now. It's been a tricky morning...but I think we strayed too much with our lines to test these guys some more.

That was Australia's session. Green chipping away nicely. Smudge is getting into the groove but is getting test by Alzarri with these short of a good length ball that are behaving wickedly.

Tbh for the first time in the series I was disappointed in our bowlers. I thought they hid the ball outside off stump and allowed Green and Lyon to survive comfortably when it should have been very difficult.

Twice we have arguably had a slight advantage, or an even chance at worst, going into the morning of day 3. Losing these sessions in both tests and not looking as aggressive or up for it as they did on day one and two is the mentality of a side that is too used to losing. I'm really disappointed.

Pitch is doing enough now. If Australia set below 200, it'll be a battle between the shiteness of West Indian batting and Australia's choking demons. Over 200 and it'll pan out like the last game.

Credit to Green for grinding that out but not sure if that knock is a good thing for him or Aust. He is not a number 3

Smith played really well so far. Definitely better than josh Inglis

His control % was extremely low, so not at all convinced.

Greaves getting Smith was not on my radar at all....

Super innings though. Shows there are levels to this game.

Tbf our choking arises when we're chasing. Glad to see Green get some runs. It wasn't convincing but he's not batting where he should be and the pitch is playing two heights and seaming. Thank goodness for Smith. If Carey and Cummins can push the lead to 300 we should win.
