One of last saturday's full time scores was Chesterfield 4 Grimsby 4.

Let's see about little Thomas' faith in his precious Manure:

Should they beat Arsenal, I'll change my signature to:
Manchester United 2003-04: The Greatest Side Ever

If they don't, little Tommy's becomes:
Arsenal 2003-04: The Greatest Side Ever

Whether he has the balls to follow through is another question.
Wait to the season before Arsenal have actually won anything.

They havent won anything yet.

Apparently Arsene Wenger has said he will consider/will rest Henry from the FA Cup Semi Final because he has been on international duty with France.

If they actually achieve something in the CL (ie make the final) then we can call them Arsenal's greatest ever side.

Read in Australian football paper yeasterday that if Ranieri wins the EPL and CL, he should turn around and tell Abramavich where to shove his billions in that his job has been under threat.

If he gets the sack, they should appiont Vincente del Bosque as manager.

Unusually, I have visited OT today before Cricket Chat.

To post that it is time for Neil to change his signature. :D

Small difference, Tommy.

Winning a League game at Highbury is a totally different proposition to a Cup Semi at a neutral venue - no one in their right mind would make such a call about a one-off tie

It would've helped having a linesman who understood the handball rule...

Not my fault they can't play anywhere apart from their beloved, narrow and boring Highbury.
How many away league games have they lost this season?

Meh. Essex-based United fans.

None, but what's their European away record? Can't remember.

And my dad supports them because he was born in Manchester, and I support them because my dad does. :P

But again that doesnt prove much as who is to say Roy Carroll wouldnt of saved it?

That was probably Cristiano Ronaldo's best game with Manure and probably of his career (bearing in mind it has been very short).

Have you been to a match at Old Tradfford?

Just because he was born in Manchester you can support Citeh.

This season?

0-0 at Loko Moscow
1-2 at Dynamo Kiev
5-1 at Inter
3-2 at Celta
1-1 at Chelsea.

Not too shabby.

Beats

1-2 at Stuttgart
1-0 at Rangers
1-0 at Panathanaikos
1-2 at Porto
erm that's it as they're already out.

Ah well. Another defeat for Derby.

At least I can look forward to visiting a couple of new grounds next year in Division 2.

Didnt they beat Panathanaikos 5-0 first up or did you exclude to a simple error or not?

Which team will qualify for the UEFA Cup tonight? I will love to see Millwall or Sunderland still in 1st Div (assuming they dont make it through the play-offs) in Europe.

At least it will give their fans the ultimate comeback when opposition fans shout how useless they are...

1) Learn to spell. :P

2) Yes, I have been.

3) Munich air disaster swayed it United's way.

4) Marc, I admit defeat. :( But my main point was that the fact that it wasn't at Highbury is no excuse.

Millwall are through to Europe providing Manure dont stuff up.
