Seems a reasonable request. However, we have a variety of nominations each round and, last round, we added 4 names from 8 nominations using the 3,2,1 method,

As a compromise, you can vote for 4 players on a 4,3,2,1 basis. However, if voters only list 3 players I will need to allocate 4,3,2 votes.
