What? I think You're forgetting this is about ODIs. Since when did Wasim not have consistency or sustained excellence in ODIs?

Wasim was consistent generally as a bowler but post diabetes in 98 his wicket taking capacity took a significant hit. Whereas Kohli with a similar career length has shown he can still produce the goods.
