Yeah, but he's had to play Australia, England and India since which is pretty tough.
The South African side with super Kallis was a fairly tough assignment too.

Should get to 450-500 there considering the opposition Graham, good innings from McIntosh so far.

Poor old Iain O'Brien had each opener dropped in his first two overs! :-O

1st Test v Bangladesh (after Day 3)

O'Brien had his revenge on the third morning with three quick wickets and the Bangladesh innings never recovered.
After dismissing the visitors just short of the follow on mark, we decided to bat again in order to bowl last on a pitch that was giving variable bounce.

1st Test v Bangladesh (NZ strolls to victory)

NZ declared at 221/3 just before lunch on Day 4, leaving Bangladesh five full sessions to chase 423 to win.
Stubborn resistance from H.Bashar and R.Saleh saw them end the day at 191/4.

However there was to be no fairytale finish for the minnows as Darryl Tuffey led the NZ charge to victory with a five wicket haul.

You may need to play a spinner at some point, great story, and I LOVE the TCM one, well played.

Well done on the win (hey any win is a good win no matter who it is againt), Also read a bit of your TCM story, which is super (i'm thinking of going and buying the game :)) keep up the good work!

Thanks to both of you! :D

The pitch conditions in the two tests against Bangladesh have meant that I could get away without playing a spinner as the bounce has been more of a factor than the turn.

Gillespie has consistently been the best bowler on the domestic scene and a run against Bangladesh could be just what he needs to kickstart his international career!

TCM2006 will be released before the end of the year, so you might want to hold off buying TCM2005 unless you can pick it up cheaply.

Good victory in the first test, I thought you would've managed more in the first innings of the second though.

Out of interest, are the two A Ahmed's a bug or two different players?

A big batting effort needed from NZ on Day 3 with the test currently in the balance! :-O

Yeah - don't underestimate anybody in this game! When I looked at Bangladesh's record, I noticed they just defeated England 3-0 in a OD series!

It was hard yakka on Day 3 as we recovered from 70/5 to be 301/9 at stumps. :p
Notice that Chris Nevin has had a good double in this test.

Good comeback! And yes, I admit Nevin's done well...still don't quite accept his worthiness for the spot though :p
