Opening batsman Tim McIntosh replaces Michael Papps.

IMO, those changes make the squad look a lot stronger - especially with Oram, who was superb during my trial, back in the side.

Yes! McIntosh has performed extremely well on debut with a half century in the first innings and a century in the second.
Oram has scored a crucial half century in the second innings and Franklin has picked up two quick wickets to put us in a good position going into the final day.
So all three changes have had dividends!

I did say those three changes made the squad look a lot stronger, and seemed to have quite a large effect to the outcome IMO.
