Kallis with the ball > with the bat in England. Also England have Botham as a star all rounder, so what matters is a spearhead better or par with Botham to take care of the bowling attack.

2) Warne
1990s South Africa have Pollock and Kallis. What matters is they didn’t had a quality spinner after Tayfield till Maharaj, so the King of Spin + Warne averages 24 in South Africa.

3) Hadlee
Hadlee averages 17 in Australia! Case closed. Moreover since Australia have Cummins the role of Imran as a captain isn’t necessary.

4) Pollock
Statistically Pollock is far superior in West Indies, although he batted at No.6 and 7 less than Botham, which were the positions West Indies lacked.

Tough one, but Donald.

Donald, Beef, Willis and Dilley would be a heck of bowling attack, but Kallis and Beef in the same team would allow for a seriously deep batting line up.

Would 90s SA take Sobers or Warne?

Warne. SA had Kallis, McMillan and Pollack so plenty of allrounders

Would current Australia take Hadlee or Imran Khan?

Imran Khan. His batting is good enough to still pick the 4 other regular bowlers.

Would 80s WI take Pollock or Botham?

Botham. His batting would allow 4 other bowling picks too.
