Donnelly - described by Neville Cardus in 1960 as the finest lefthander to tour England since WW2 (so better than Harvey & Morris) and by CB Fry as the best lefthander he'd ever seen (thus better than Clem Hill).

Tbh the Cardus comment pretty much is a way to say 2nd best lefty he has seen after Hill
