It's just their best averages over a 6 year period. It doesn't necessarily represent their best 6 years. And almost none of these guys would have had a peak we would define as exactly 6 years.

Have made the update, for the players people were interested in. Nothing really mind-blowing here. Bumrah (and Garner) is low due to lack of wickets at this point in his career. But otherwise they both have extraordinary stats comparable and even superior to the very top bracket:
