For a start there's the likes of Solanki, Hick and Smith in the middle order, then Batty is a useful county 6 or 7.
Also, they've signed Moeen Ali (who was getting first team cricket at Warwickshire, so will only have moved for the promise of more of the same)
You've got to be realistic, yes he's promising but he is still young.
