Like, you are the biggest critic of his 40@13 India Series I believe. Can argue Bumrah played in livelier conditions, but certainly Imran's home wickets is an issue and hence they aren't that far apart.

I am and I rate Imran's peak higher. I also don't take that 40@13 at face value though. And feel they have comparable Home records, with Imran playing significantly more

Assuming majority of those wickets are high quality wickets( tough tours, top opponents, non-tail wickets etc) , we will be debating Bumrah vs Marshall at that stage stage. We won't be debating IK vs Bumrah.
