Overhyped, overpaid, and totally disapointing really.

Without an overseas series win EVER, without a home ODI series in win 5 years, and a squad that really is very average in terms of bowling and fielding ability. I don't see things improving for a long time to come.

Oh c'mon... look at this way... Pakistan is ranked 4th in ODIs... India is ranked 8th... it isn't as bad as you think it is.

I really enjoy watching India play - talent and grace in abundance.

However, there is obviously something missing from their mental makeup as their results in general do not reflect the talent in their squad (a ranking of 8 in ODIs is an absolute disgrace considering the riches at their disposal).

It is probably time for some hard decisions to be taken and replacing Ganguly is one of them - too often he goes missing when the team needs him most.
