But whats going on? I was playing against England, and Nasser Hussain, Nick Knight, and Alec Stewart in the England team. I did do a few challenge matches, did that unlock them or something?

I don't have the game, but I'm told that Codemasters only have the license from the '03 World Cup and so the full player names from that are in the game. They don't have the current license though, that's why they don't have the real names for the most up to date teams/squads, or something like that.

I'm guessing because Geraint Jones played at WC '03. And Watson didn't - had stress fractures just before it.
