I'd go for Pakistan because of addition of Waqar and absence of Bishop in WI side. That is what tilt the balance from 1990 series. Imran, Viv, Marshall all are at the fag ends of their careers, so should not be regarded as serious additions to the 1990 sides (Imran only played 1 match in the series).

Pakistan 50%, WI 40%, Draw 10% on a English wicket.
