Yes and you can make an argument for either in an average team.
Gavaskar is an ATG opener while Botham fills a no.6 spot in an average side and gives 5 bowling options.

I think you also rate Gavaskar quite a distance from Boycott.

I mean, I would be really surprised and think Boycott is getting way overrated if you think you can't a Dravid between Sunny and Geoff

Boycott produced more stable returns v strong Australia&WI attacks than Dravid managed v Australia&SAF when he was ageing. Dravid got to bat throughout the 2000s, was very slow himself, and even once suffered a horrific declaration innings. Boycott gets slaughtered for a similar performance.

Boycott missed way too many matches to claim longevity and was a prick who refused to adapt. I think Kohli is ahead of Boycott marginally, and they are kinda closish to Dravid but definitely in separate tiers.
