International Captain
"The pressure goes on from here on in. For us and Tasmania this is a critical couple of weeks. IMO the next two rounds could decide the division three, four day championship. Tasmania face their arch enemies Leicester and we host Glamorgan. The next round (7) sees us square off against Tassy in what could be the decesive game in the chase for promotion. Tasmania were well beaten last time by Leicester, and hopefully something similar will happen. If they lose their next two games (one to Liecester and one to Warwickshire), we could get ourselves into a winning position, so everything is vital."

It's imperative that Leics win against arch rivals tassie once more, and then hopefully next time against warwickshire they actually come out to play.

If Leics can beat tassie here and then Warwicks when they next play them, they should wrap up the series, some big games coming up in the weeks ahead.

Deitz is back and has been promoted up the order to hopefully learn how to bat against a potent Tassie attack. Not a comforting thought. Leics should come away winners however.
