Western Province Likely Line up

1. R Llewellyn 55
2. G Ghambir 51
3. F Funston 52
4. W Anderson 52
5. Z Birch 51
6. Q Friend 44 SR 53 ER 3.29
7. T Samaraweera 43 SR 47.41 ER 2.7
8. D Jacobs (wk) 41
9. J Schofield 29 SR 44 ER 3.5
10. N Kumble 20 SR 38 ER 3.2
11. E Tate 15 SR 39 ER 3.4

So there's the likely line up of the side this year... The batting is much much stronger than lats year... despite losing Darden. The bowling whilst at first glance looks only avg has a lot of depth behind the two obvious stars Tate and Kumble, and I don't expect the bowling to struggle to much.

thats a short batting line up! could be dangerous in that division having ur number 7 average 12.78...

^ thats true simon.. but ive got a fully strong bowling lineup.. no partimers or anything just strike bowlers.. so if they do their job.. the top 6 should be able to handle the total no matter what the total.. but there will be changes made no doubt if the batting needs some strengthening..
