On Monday, we get our internationals back, which will help.

I'm very pleased personally, but as Neil stated after the WC final, I'd rather be doing badly, but winning.

If you know it's spelt wrong why'd u post it?It's easier to erase it than say u know it's spelt wrong or is it that you don't know how to spell opportunity?

Australia 'A' 373 & 339
India A 189 & 494

Australia 'A' won by 29 runs

Man of the match: BJ Hodge
---
New Zealand 'A' 397 & 272
England 'A' 324 & 346/5

England 'A' won by 5 wickets

Man of the match: CT Tremlett
---
Cricket Web Red 229 & 269
Cricket Web Green 252 & 177

Cricket Web Red won by 69 runs

Man of the match: Pratyush Agarwal

Coach's Comments:
Let's be honest... Pratyush came into this game facing a do or die situation - take wickets or be sacked for just about the rest of the season. This was his moment and he held it well. Overall an inspired win for the Reds. Deeps, Daniel Muhaffy and Zaid Ghansar provided the money innings on a wicked pitch. For the Greens, only Age Master really looked purposeful enough to get a job done against the deadly spin of Pratyush. Umpire Money found his rhythm again this season, with his second 5w haul of late and 8 wickets in the match. Ultimately it came down to the Greens chasing 247 to win, a target which proved far too much in the end on a deteriorating pitch. Well played both teams, well won Reds.
---
Veterans XI 459 & 139/5
South Africa 'A' 254 & 342

Veterans XI won by 5 wickets

Man of the match: Saeed Anwar
---
Zimbabwe XI 320 & 224
Cricket Web Blue 352 & 193/2

Cricket Web Blue won by 8 wickets

Man of the match: Tom Halsey

Coach's Comments:
That's the way the pros do it! Determined first innings bowling followed up by solid first innings batting, a determined second innings effort with the ball, then cruise home with the bat. Great stuff! A fine century by StUEy and good knocks from Jamee999, Buts, Jellett and Vimes. Only the one century though, which is a bit disconcerting, but a victory nonetheless.

Batting failed us again.Let's try for a win in the OD.Don't want to get swept after giving a sweep.

Greatbowling as per normal from Tom hope my quick innings may give me a try in the OD Game..pleased with my return to form.

Coach - why was I dropped after a decent enough debut? I may have been a bit expensive, but surely I made up for it with 3 wickets?

You weren't dropped. You just haven't made it into the 5D team as yet.

Teams for OD games

Lots of thought went into these particular selections...

CW Red vs CW Green
Craig
Jagaways
Marc71178 (C)
Deeps
Ian Markus
Zaid Ghansar
Daniel Muhaffy
Imran Khan Jr.
Eyes Only +
Dave
Vishnu Reddy

12th man: R_Powell_fan

Marc71178 is the lone CW XI player slotting into the team for this game.

CW Blue vs Zimbabwe XI
StUEy
Andre
Patrick Fisher
C Buts
Lord of Darkness
Langeveldt (C)
Sam Vimes +
Tom Halsey
Nath Patrick
Bhooth Nath
Chris Broadbent

12th man: Jamee999

Andre asked to open the batting, whilst Lord of Darkness slips into the middle order and Jellett is 'rested'.

CW Green vs CW Red
Gibbs N Smith
Mr Mxyzptlk
Ash Chaulk +
Jason Toogood
Age Master (C)
Adil Dewan
Xavier Rose
Master Blaster
Sanz
Rob Timewell
A Massive Zebra

12th man: Ferd

Mr Mxyzptlk will play as a specialist batsman, not bowling in this one. Also, Ash Chaulk gets a taste of the gloves again.
