Rabada's has the best career so far but Bumrah's the better bowler currently if we ignore the fact that he's injured.

Voted for EbaGOAT because I could.

EbaGOAT being here is unfair to the rest, but it's really between Bumrah and Rabada.
Yeah it depends what's meant by the question. I'm never entirely sure how to deal with these sorts of questions when there are current players in them.

Head is better than Warner now so if the question was, "Who is the better test batsman?" between those two then Head would be the answer, but if they both retired now Warner was definitely better over the course of their careers which is usually what these threads are asking.

Bumrah > Rabada currently.
Rabada > Bumrah historically if both retired now.
EbaGOAT > all.

How do you take good performances away from home but in conditions that suit your style of bowling (fast or spin), as a side tangent? I get confused at how that should be considered generally.

It depends on how other touring bowlers of similar styles tend to go there against similar standard opposition, really. There's a baseline to compare to in that way.

People think fast bowlers should do well in Aus but they usually get belted anyway - if you do well there it's to your great credit even if superficially seems like you should.

Rabada has an incredible ability to take wickets with absolute trash. That sincerely can't be underestimated, especially as he's perfectly capable of not bowling trash and taking even more wickets.

Like, of the wickets he took on the weekend, maybe three of them were good balls, if that? The rest were anywhere between "unremarkable" and "complete junk".

Daily reminder that Head > Warner
